Return 5 clean BOBO candle jars and receive 1 FREE BOBO candle of your choice. We're proud to reuse our glass jars whenever possible, helping reduce waste while thanking you for supporting our small family business.

How It Works

  1. Collect 5 empty BOBO candle jars.
  2. Clean the jars and remove any remaining wax.
  3. Contact us through our website, email or social media to arrange the return.
  4. Once we've received and approved your jars, you'll receive one free BOBO candle of your choice.

Conditions

  • Only original BOBO candle jars are eligible. 
  • Jars must be clean, empty and undamaged.
  • The reward includes one BOBO candle of equal or lower value.
  • The reward cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The reward is limited to one redemption per return of five eligible jars.
  • We reserve the right to refuse jars that cannot be safely reused.

Shipping

  • In-person returns: There are no shipping costs. Once your jars have been approved, you will receive your reward immediately, free of charge.
  • Online Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their empty jars. Once the jars have been received and approved, Heimaey Krafts will cover the shipping cost of your reward.
